Main conditions for car rental 

Advance payment of the entire rental amount is required. 

The main rental conditions are:

  1. The car is delivered clean both externally and internally, filled with a full tank of petrol/diesel and must be returned in the same conditions.
  2. Otherwise, in addition to the costs for cleaning the car (€20.00) and/or for refueling (the missing liters will be calculated), an additional cost of € 20,00 will be applied.
  3. The rental includes unlimited km, civil liability insurance (RC).
  4. Security deposit of €350,00 (Punto/Panda/500) €500,00 (500L/Meriva), €1.000,00 (Viano/Freemont). This security sum can be held on the credit card/cash (necessary to use the service) and returned at the end of the rental.
  5. *N.B. This rule applies to the 26-59 age group, and changes if outside of it.
  6. The customer also signs the authorization to debit the credit card for any fines that may unequivocally refer to the rental period.
  7. The main driver must present at least one valid credit card (NO AMEX) in his name when picking up the car. A credit card or cash is required to block the deposit. 
  8. When picking up the car, we strongly recommend that you check that the vehicle is in the condition stated in the rental agreement and that any pre-existing damage is noted in the rental agreement.
  9. In the event of a delay in picking up the car, the customer is required to contact Easyrentalcar in order to confirm whether he can pick up the car at a later time than the established one.
  10. The delivery service is free as well as for the redelivery. If outside office hours (09:00-13:00 to 16:00-19:00) there is a supplement equal to the daily rental cost from the price list increased by a penalty of €50.00

 

 Not included in the rental:

  1. Local toll, highway charges or road tax required by local authorities.
  2. Any rental that starts outside office hours (9am-1pm / 4pm-7pm) also when due to flight delay, it will be subject to an out of hours fee of approximately €50.00 up to one hour out of hours. Over an hour after closing time, the rate is €100.00 for each hour.
  3. These conditions will be applied  only and exclusively when the customer wishes to check-in and pay in the presence of  one of our employees. Otherwise, it will be possible to self check-in directly at the airport. The parking ticket, which we will leave inside the car, is charged to the customer.
  4. The flight number and the customer's telephone number are required to confirm the transfer.
  5. In the event of damage or theft of the vehicle, an administrative fee of €60.00 will be applied in addition to the excess.
  6. In the event of a violation of the Highway Code, fines for unpaid parking or tolls, a commission of € 60.00, including VAT, will be charged to the customer's credit card sanction. The authorities will contact the driver directly to pay the fine.
  7. In the event of a roadside assistance request due to negligence or distraction of the customer (the customer locked himself out of the car, refueled with the wrong fuel, discharged the car battery) or due to an accident
  8. If the car is left at the airport, it is recommended to place it in the LONG-TERM STAY. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the cost of the return service €30.00 plus the cost charged to the parking customer

 

OUR OPERATORS DO NOT PROVIDE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE. THE CAR HAS AN INSURANCE POLICY THAT PROVIDES ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE 24H/24H. FOR PARKING VEHICLES LONGER THAN 8 HOURS THE INSURANCE COMPANY MUST PROVIDE THE REPLACEMENT CAR.

Airport Transfer Instructions (9:00-13:00; 16:00-19:00).

  • Meeting Point: After collecting your luggage, exit the airport. Once outside, turn left and head towards the departure entrance, on the second sidewalk between the airport and parking lots.
  • Call: As soon as you've collected your luggage, call the following number +39/3938746743 or +39/3386002244. Within approximately 15/20 minutes, our operator will be at the airport. If you want to expedite the pick-up and have no luggage to claim, we recommend calling as soon as the plane lands.
